The clinic is extremely busy, so a last minute cancellation of your appointment could have been very valuable to someone else. We have therefore introduced a 24 hour cancellation policy except for unforeseen circumstances and urgent matters. Please notify us as soon as you are able to if you would like to reschedule your appointment. If we do not answer, you can leave a voicemail or email and this will be granted. If you do not turn up to your appointment without notifying us you will be charged the full appointment amount. If cancellations are made within 24 hours except for unforeseen circumstances there will be a 50% charge.
